Privacy notice

What we store

We store your account details, profile photo, notification preferences, earnings baseline and vehicle information. We also store your decisions, assumptions, quotes and documents, recommendations, confirmed decision snapshots, actions, outcome reviews and an activity record. We use these to provide your private decision workspace and reminders you choose to receive.

Your documents are private

Uploaded documents are not publicly listed or served as public files. Access is limited to your account and authorized support or administration staff who may help with the service. Opening a document creates a short-lived link; anyone you share that link with can use it until it expires. Do not share links to sensitive documents.

When you request AI extraction or quote checks, relevant document content is processed by our AI providers (Groq and the AI Gateway). Email notifications are sent through Resend. These services receive only the information needed for the requested task.

Decision support, not advice

OutcomeLoop compares the figures you provide and records the outcome. It does not provide regulated financial, legal, tax or insurance advice, guarantee savings, or make decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for checking your figures and choosing what to do.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit your profile and turn email reminders off in Settings. To request deletion of your account, decisions and uploaded files, sign in and open Settings → Privacy & data → Request data deletion. The team processes this request; it is not an immediate deletion. You can withdraw the request before processing. Confirmed snapshots cannot be edited or removed individually, but are included when your deletion request is processed.
